We are always in need of volunteers who can spare some time to help others.
What Could You Do to Help?
There are many things you could do to help:
- Being a Duty Officer involves staying at home for one pre-arranged week day every month (9am to 1pm), answering the phone to clients, and contacting volunteers.
- Being a driver means using you own car to transport someone unable to use public transport to their doctor or a clinic.
Other volunteers visit, do one-off shopping, collect urgent prescriptions, or undertake other small tasks as necessary.
Becoming a Volunteer
If you are interested in volunteering, please get in touch with a Duty Officer through the Malden Care Scheme telephone number (8949 2233).
